Day 8

This will be a quick post as I’m extremely tired right now.

I drove my car from Marathon Florida to Edgewater Florida today. I started at 6 am and watched the sunrise in the keys as I drove north toward the mainland.

My dad started his drive in Charleston South Carolina and our middle point was Edgewater. Yesterday he bought, tagged, titled, and insured our new support vehicle. A white Chevrolet Trailblazer. It is beyond perfect for our needs.

We met and went over the bells and whistles and we swapped cars and drove back to where we started. I watched the sun setting as I entered the keys again. All day driving. Just me and Domino.

I got to do some thinking and I think I’ll be able to be a better leader of the team over the next few weeks as I slowly put my plan into action. I’m so grateful for this fresh start and can’t wait to put more miles behind us and make more of a difference as we go and grow.

Time to get some beauty rest. Night!

I’m glad you made it back safely. You are very blessed to have family that is there for you. I am sure you had a lot of
time to meditate and get the cob webs out of your head. I have had faith in this trip all along. I knew people would come out for you and many to your rescue.
Your honesty, integrity, tenacity and perseverance. People respect you now, where as several years ago they would have grouped you along with other addicts.
Because of groups like TAM and individuals such as you are bring to the forefront this horrible epidemic. I pray for your continued good health. I don’t think you have slowed down since you were sick. To continued good health and mindfulness. 🐾🐾👣👣❤️
